Seebald & Associates is the firm the maritime industry turns to for training.

We are the Gold Standard in USCG approved FSO training, with over 2,500 certified - including Coast Guard Regulatory Compliance Officers. Seebald and Associates also offers Refresher FSO courses to keep their FSO trainees up-to-date on the latest regulatory changes and emerging trends and issues in facility security.

Six months of Platinum Membership access is included with your FSO course registration. (Access begins on the day of successful course completion.) For continued access to Seebald and Associates Platinum Member resources and information, Platinum Memberships can be purchased separately.

Late Fee

Registration and payment required two weeks prior to course date to avoid $250 late fee.

Credit Card Payment

The credit card holder will be assessed the credit card processing fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email) and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No cancellations will be accepted within 20 business days prior to the course start date.

PLEASE NOTE

No shows will be liable for the entire registration fee. In the event that a course is cancelled or postponed, please note our reimbursement is limited to paid tuition only. We have the right to refuse registration to any attendee at any time.
